Richemont External Operations Logistics Coordinator

- Coordinate day-to-day operations with external logistics partners (3PLs, carriers, couriers) to ensure timely collection, transit and delivery of goods.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipment planning, bookings and scheduling for regional hubs and boutiques.
- Prepare, review and validate transport documentation, customs paperwork and declarations in compliance with applicable regulations and internal security standards.
- Monitor shipment status and performance metrics; escalate exceptions, manage claims and drive root-cause resolution with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with warehouses, inventory control and operations teams to synchronize receipts, handovers and returns.
- Maintain accurate records in the transport/ERP systems and produce operational reports for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost, transit times and service levels with external providers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies on chain-of-custody, insurance and handling of high-value or sensitive consignments.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers and carriers in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in transport documentation and import/export procedures (Incoterms, customs formalities).
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally across operations, supply chain and security teams.
- High level of discretion and understanding of the requirements for handling luxury and high-value goods.

Typically 2–4 years of logistics, transport or supply chain operations experience with practical exposure to managing external carriers, third‑party logistics providers and customs processes; experience in luxury goods, retail or high‑value supply chains is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or equivalent vocational qualification.
