- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
