Richemont EON Traceability Solution Engineer

1. Lead implementation, configuration and maintenance of the EON traceability platform across product lifecycles and points of sale.
2. Design and execute integrations between EON and back-office systems (ERP, WMS, POS) using APIs and middleware to ensure end-to-end data flow.
3. Define and enforce serialization and identification standards (SKU/GTIN/GS1) and coordinate RFID/QR-code deployment with supply chain and manufacturing partners.
4. Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and deploy corrective measures to maintain traceability SLAs.
5. Work closely with product, operations and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and test plans.
6. Produce technical documentation, run workshops and deliver training to internal stakeholders and external partners.
7. Contribute to roadmap planning for traceability enhancements, proofs-of-concept and pilots (e.g., digital IDs, data analytics, blockchain pilots).

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent practical experience.
2. Hands-on experience implementing or supporting product traceability or serialization platforms; direct experience with EON Traceability is highly desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of GS1 standards, serialization concepts and RFID technologies.
4. Proven capability integrating enterprise systems (ERP/WMS/POS) via REST APIs, SOAP or middleware solutions.
5. Ability to author technical specifications, run integration tests, and manage cross-functional project delivery.

Typically 3–5 years of professional experience in IT integrations, supply chain systems or product traceability projects; demonstrable experience in luxury goods, retail, manufacturing or logistics is a strong advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
