Richemont Digital Technologies Project Manager

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital technology projects for the Research & Innovation (R&I) domain, from requirements definition through to deployment and post‑launch optimisation.
2. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, data, design, operations and external vendors to ensure milestones, budgets and quality targets are met.
3. Translate strategic R&I objectives into actionable roadmaps, clear deliverables and realistic timelines while managing project risks and dependencies.
4. Establish and maintain stakeholder governance, reporting progress to senior leadership and ensuring alignment across internal business partners and maisons.
5. Define technical and business requirements, manage supplier contracts and oversee integration, testing and release activities.
6. Promote best practices in Agile delivery, change management and user adoption; prepare project documentation, training materials and handover artefacts.

1. Proven track record as a project manager delivering complex digital technology initiatives (typically 5+ years).
2. Experience working with R&D, innovation labs, or digital transformation programmes — luxury goods or premium consumer brands preferred.
3. Demonstrable ability to manage multi‑stakeholder environments and third‑party vendors with strong governance and commercial acumen.
4. Formal project management qualification preferred (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent).
5. Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline; Master’s degree or advanced certification preferred.
