Richemont Digital & Client Intelligence Manager

- Define and execute the client data and digital intelligence strategy to drive acquisition, retention and lifetime value across Richemont maisons.
- Own design, implementation and governance of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and integrations with CRM, e‑commerce and point-of-sale systems.
- Develop segmentation, propensity and lifetime-value models; translate models into activation-ready audiences for marketing and personalization.
- Deliver measurement frameworks, dashboards and regular reporting to quantify digital and CRM performance (LTV, CAC, conversion funnels, attribution).
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs in collaboration with marketing and product teams to optimize client journeys and personalization.
- Partner with IT, data engineering and external vendors to ensure data quality, privacy-compliant processes (GDPR) and scalable data pipelines.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and brand marketing teams to influence commercial decisions.
- Manage external analytics vendors and internal stakeholders to prioritise roadmaps, resources and project delivery.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of privacy regulation and data governance (GDPR) as applied to CRM and client analytics.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or operating a Customer Data Platform and integrating cross-channel data sources.
- Experience managing analytics projects end-to-end and coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capacity to influence at executive level.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in digital analytics, CRM analytics, client intelligence or data-driven marketing, ideally within luxury goods, premium retail or consumer brands. Proven track record of building analytics capabilities and driving commercial outcomes through client data.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline; Master's degree preferred.
