Richemont Deputy Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, commercial KPIs and client retention objectives through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
- Supervise daily boutique operations including team deployment, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention controls.
- Coach, mentor and evaluate boutique staff to maintain exemplary service standards; deliver ongoing product and sales training.
- Manage stock control processes, inventory reconciliations and periodic stocktakes in coordination with central operations.
- Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation adhere to maison guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and coordinated VIP events or private appointments to cultivate high-value clients.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports; escalate issues and propose corrective actions to senior management.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and brand security protocols.
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with refined clienteling and service orientation.
- Solid numerical literacy for cash management, stock reconciliation and basic P&L understanding.
- Professional demeanor, discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients, and meticulous attention to detail.

Typically requires 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or boutique environments, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant-manager role responsible for sales and team performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; vocational qualification or equivalent luxury retail experience accepted.
