1. Record and invoice incoming repairs for the extensive product range.
2. Prepare and manage cost estimates.
3. Process incoming and confirmed cost estimates.
4. Perform general administrative tasks within the department.
5. Provide telephone customer support regarding spare parts (price, availability, reference, compatibility) and repairs in both German and English.
6. Unpack incoming goods.
7. Support shipping logistics, including goods receipt, dispatch, packaging, entry, and shipment.

1. Completed commercial vocational training and initial professional experience, preferably in telephone customer service.

1. Proficiency in PC applications (MS Office and SAP).
2. Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
3. Resilient team player with a flexible, independent, and reliable work approach.
4. Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
