- Provide service-oriented and commercial customer support for spare parts and repairs in German, English, and Spanish.
- Record and invoice incoming repairs for the extensive product range.
- Create and verify cost estimates.
- Process incoming and confirmed cost estimates.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field or similar.
- Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in German and English, with Spanish as a desirable asset.
- Experience in telephone customer support is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is desirable.
- Organizational skills, communication abilities, and service orientation.
Preferably, candidates should have experience in telephone customer support.
Completed vocational training in a commercial field or similar.
