1. Provide service-oriented and commercial customer support for spare parts and repairs in German, English, and Spanish.
2. Record and invoice incoming repairs for the extensive product range.
3. Create and verify cost estimates.
4. Process incoming and confirmed cost estimates.
5. Provide general administrative support.

1. Completed vocational training in a commercial field or similar.

1. Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in German and English, with Spanish as a desirable asset.
3. Experience in telephone customer support is preferred.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is desirable.
5. Organizational skills, communication abilities, and service orientation.

Preferably, candidates should have experience in telephone customer support.

Completed vocational training in a commercial field or similar.
