Richemont Customer Service Operations Specialist

- Prepare trade documents and materials related to the export of repair items.
- Input repair requests for headquarters in Switzerland and France.
- Create export documents and materials, including SAP system processing.
- Handle processing of imported items post-repair completion.

- Manage cost settlement processes related to exports and imports.
- Support semi-custom order reception and shipment, including inventory management.
