Richemont Corporate Legal Apprentice

1. Support the corporate legal team on business law matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, service agreements and NDAs.
2. Assist with corporate governance and secretarial duties: preparation of board and shareholders' documents, minute-taking and maintenance of corporate records.
3. Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis in French and EU commercial law to advise internal stakeholders.
4. Coordinate with external counsels on litigation, M&A or regulatory projects and assist in matter management.
5. Contribute to compliance and risk-mitigation initiatives, including contract lifecycle management and policy implementation.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in Law, with a specialisation in Business/Corporate Law (Droit des Affaires).
2. Demonstrable interest in corporate and commercial law, with previous internships in an in-house legal department or law firm preferred.
3. Strong drafting and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Professional-level French and good working knowledge of English.
5. Eligibility for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract under French regulations.
