Richemont Commercial Project Manager

Richemont is a leading Swiss-based luxury goods group with a diversified portfolio spanning jewellery, watches and high-end accessories. 1. Define, plan and deliver commercial projects from conception through to handover, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
2. Own project budgets, commercial forecasts and margin analysis; monitor spend and deliverables to ensure financial targets are met.
3. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including sales, merchandising, supply chain, legal and retail operations to ensure timely delivery.
4. Manage external suppliers and contractors, lead procurement and contract negotiations, and hold vendors to agreed SLAs.
5. Maintain project governance: develop roadmaps, risk registers, status reporting and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
6. Implement change-management and roll-out plans to ensure adoption of commercial initiatives at store and regional levels.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Formal project management certification desirable (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
3. Strong commercial and financial literacy with proven experience managing project P&L or budgets.
4. Demonstrated capability in supplier/contract management and commercial negotiation.

Several years of progressive experience (typically 5+ years) managing commercial or retail projects, ideally within luxury goods, fashion retail or consumer goods. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification preferred.
