- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to discerning clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition and effective clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison's range and communicate brand heritage and technical details with confidence.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to preserve an elevated in-store environment.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and appointments with strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and reception activities to ensure merchandise availability and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and regional management on promotions, private events and after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail or premium customer-facing roles; experience in jewellery, watches or high-end fashion is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first orientation and polished professional demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings, in line with boutique operating hours and client appointments.
- Strong numeracy and administrative capabilities to handle transactions and client records accurately.

Entry-level to 2 years of retail experience is acceptable; preference given to candidates with direct experience in luxury or premium-brand boutiques and a demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or tertiary education in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
