1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
2. Assist clients in selecting luxury timepieces and accessories, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
3. Maintain an in-depth understanding of IWC Schaffhausen's product range and brand heritage.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Contribute to the visual merchandising and overall presentation of the store.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury timepieces and the ability to convey product knowledge effectively.
3. Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
