- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building systems and mechanical operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification is preferred.
