- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
- Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to maintain brand image.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
