Richemont Boutique Director

1. Lead all day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and exceptional client experiences.
2. Own the boutique's commercial performance and P&L accountability; define and deliver sales targets and KPI objectives.
3. Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales and service team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and lead talent development.
4. Drive high-touch clienteling strategies and personalised service to cultivate and retain VIP clientele.
5. Oversee visual merchandising, in-store presentation and client-facing environments to reflect maison aesthetics and seasonal directives.
6. Manage inventory, stock control and replenishment processes in partnership with regional supply functions; minimise shrinkage.
7. Plan and execute private client events, trunk shows and local activations to increase brand visibility and sales.
8. Maintain compliance with internal policies, local regulations and luxury retail best practices; liaise with regional management and maison teams.

1. Proven leadership in luxury retail with the ability to inspire and develop a service-driven team.
2. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing a boutique P&L.
3. Sophisticated client-facing skills and a track record of building long-term relationships with high-net-worth customers.
4. Deep understanding of luxury product categories relevant to the maison (e.g., watches, jewellery, leather goods or fashion).
5. Excellent organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
