Richemont Boutique Assistant Intern

1. Support daily boutique sales activities, including greeting clients, assisting with product selection and maintaining high standards of customer service.
2. Develop clienteling skills: build and maintain client records, follow up on enquiries and support appointment management.
3. Learn and operate the point-of-sale system for transactions, returns and after-sales service under supervision.
4. Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation, ensuring product displays and store areas reflect brand guidelines.
5. Assist with inventory management: receive deliveries, perform stock counts and support replenishment processes.
6. Undertake administrative tasks such as preparing sales documentation, processing invoices and managing files.
7. Support boutique events and private client appointments, including preparation, logistics and on-site assistance.
8. Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage and service standards.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme in fashion, business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused demeanour and polished professional presence.
3. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual and service standards consistently.
4. Organisational aptitude and basic numeracy for cash handling and stock control.
5. Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
