Richemont Boutique Assistant Intern

1. Support daily boutique operations including opening and closing procedures, visual presentation and housekeeping to uphold brand standards.
2. Assist sales advisors with client welcoming, appointment preparation and clienteling activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
3. Maintain and update CRM records, follow up on client requests and assist with after‑sales service coordination.
4. Contribute to merchandising tasks: replenishment, stock rotation, price tagging and window/fixture presentation under guidance from Visual Merchandising.
5. Participate in inventory control, incoming/outgoing stock checks and secure handling of high-value items.
6. Provide administrative support: prepare sales documentation, process transactions and reconcile cash/registers under supervision.
7. Support boutique events and VIP appointments, liaising with internal teams to deliver flawless in-store experiences.
8. Shadow senior staff to learn product knowledge, selling techniques and brand heritage.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Marketing or related discipline.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming and a client-focused demeanour appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
3. Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings; willingness to work retail shift patterns.
4. High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential client information and valuable merchandise.
5. Legal right to work in Spain.
