Richemont Boutique Assistant Intern

1. Support the boutique sales team with daily client‑facing activities, including greeting clients and assisting on the sales floor.
2. Contribute to clienteling efforts: update client records, follow up on enquiries and assist with appointment management.
3. Operate the point‑of‑sale system and process transactions under supervision; assist with returns and exchanges following brand procedures.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards: replenish displays, prepare merchandise for presentation and ensure boutique housekeeping.
5. Receive and unpack deliveries, perform stock counts and assist with inventory organisation and stockroom control.
6. Shadow senior staff during client consultations and boutique events; participate in product and brand training sessions.
7. Support boutique events and private appointments, including preparation, on‑site coordination and post‑event follow up.

1. Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor or higher) in Fashion, Luxury Management, Retail, Marketing or a related field.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client‑centric demeanour.
3. Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings for the duration of the internship.
4. Right to work in the Netherlands for the full internship period.
5. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

No specific prior experience required; previous retail or luxury boutique experience is advantageous and will be considered positively.
