4. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align benefits programs with organizational goals.
5. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
6. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to optimize benefits offerings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in benefits management within a large organization.
3. Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.
