Richemont Assistant Manager, Security, Health & Safety and Environment

1. Lead and coordinate security, occupational health & safety (H&S) and environmental programs across Richemont operations in Korea, ensuring alignment with regional and global policies.
2. Develop, implement and maintain HSE and security policies, procedures and emergency response plans tailored to retail, office and logistics sites.
3. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and regular audits; manage corrective actions and track closure with local stakeholders and regional teams.
4. Manage incident reporting and investigation processes, including root-cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions.
5. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with Korean safety, environmental and security requirements; act as primary liaison with local authorities and external consultants.
6. Design and deliver HSE and security training for store staff, corporate teams and contractors; build a culture of safety and loss prevention.
7. Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers (security, waste management, remediation) and manage related contracts and performance.
8. Prepare regular HSE and security reports and KPIs for senior management and contribute to regional risk reviews and sustainability initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, engineering or a related discipline.
2. Professional certification in occupational safety or HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred.
3. Formal training or certification in security management, crisis management or incident investigation is advantageous.
4. Fluency in Korean for local regulatory interaction; English proficiency for reporting and coordination with regional/global teams is highly desirable.
