Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving store sales targets and retail KPIs through proactive leadership and daily operational oversight.
- Lead, coach and schedule boutique sales consultants to deliver bespoke client experiences and consistent clienteling across IWC’s high-value watch clientele.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory accuracy, including stock rotation and shrinkage control.
- Manage boutique administration: cash handling and reconciliation, POS operation, appointment management and reporting to regional management.
- Coordinate after‑sales service and warranty processes with in‑house and external service centres, ensuring effective client communication and follow‑up.
- Organise and execute client events, private viewings and product launches to cultivate and expand the VIP client base.
- Enforce compliance with brand policies, local regulations and Richemont service standards; participate in recruitment and performance reviews.
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, preferably within high-end watch or jewellery boutiques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team in a fastidious, service‑led environment.
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship‑management skills with a focus on long‑term VIP client development.
- Strong numerical aptitude for sales analysis, stock-control and daily cash reconciliation.
- Professional presentation and thorough knowledge of luxury retail operations; familiarity with watch terminology and after‑sales workflows is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese desirable and business‑level English advantageous for liaising with regional teams and international clients.

Typically 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role; direct experience with high‑value timepieces or jewellery is strongly preferred.
High school diploma required; tertiary education in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
