Richemont AR Accountant

1. Responsible for monthly and yearly financial closing for AR accounts in accordance with accounting principles.
2. Manage retail finance back office operations.
3. Conduct daily closing tasks, including red light resolutions and boutique daily closing checks in Sharepoint.
4. Perform monthly closing and settlement for retail boutiques, including commission calculations and reconciliation between SAP and EDI sales data.
5. Conduct internal control activities for aged deposits, outstanding deposits, and compliance with anti-money laundering rules.
6. Perform boutique sales cut-off tests.
7. Issue tax invoices as needed.
8. Manage boutique stock, including adjustment and blocked IDOC resolutions.
9. Review monthly stock discrepancies for boutiques using SOVIA.
10. Conduct regular boutique training and on-site audits.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas preferred.
2. Attention to detail, well-organized, and good with numbers.
3. Energetic personality with a strong desire to learn.
4. Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
5. Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
