Richemont Accounts Receivable Accountant

- Oversee monthly and yearly financial closing for accounts receivable in compliance with accounting principles to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Serve as the Retail Finance Back Office, handling daily closing tasks, including boutique sales recognition and daily closing checks in Sharepoint.
- Manage monthly closing and settlement for retail boutiques, including commission calculations and reconciliation between SAP and EDI sales data.
- Conduct internal control activities for aged and outstanding deposits, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Perform boutique sales cut-off tests and issue tax invoices as necessary.
- Manage boutique stock, resolving adjustments and blocked IDOCs.
- Review monthly stock discrepancies for boutiques using the SOVIA stock-taking tool.
- Facilitate regular boutique training and conduct on-site audits.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical proficiency.
- Energetic personality with a strong desire to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude and excellent collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related areas is preferred.
