- Manage the seamless execution of accounts payable processes for esteemed brands.
- Review, code, and post invoices, ensuring accurate and efficient processing with or without purchase order references.
- Conduct account reconciliations, particularly between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring transparency and precision in accounting records.
- Contribute actively to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding invoice and payment inquiries, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Generate reports and analyses within accounts payable to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification (e.g., certified tax clerk).
- Minimum of four years of experience in accounts payable.
- In-depth knowledge of HGB accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Independent, structured, and meticulous work ethic.
- Fluent in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is advantageous.
A minimum of four years of professional experience in accounts payable is required.
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
