Richemont Accounts Payable Specialist

- Manage the seamless execution of accounts payable processes for esteemed brands.
- Review, code, and process invoices with or without purchase order references, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct account reconciliations, particularly between the general ledger and sub-ledger, to maintain transparency and precision in accounting records.
- Contribute expertise to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
- Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding invoice and payment inquiries, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate reports and analyses in the accounts payable domain, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification (e.g., tax clerk).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accounts payable.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles according to HGB.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- Experience with a standard ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Independent, structured, and meticulous work approach.
- Proficient in German, with English skills being advantageous.
A minimum of four years in accounts payable is required, demonstrating expertise in financial processes and stakeholder management.
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
