Richemont Accounts Executive

Richemont is a leading Swiss-based luxury goods group that owns and manages a portfolio of prestigious maisons across jewellery, watchmaking, writing instruments and fashion accessories. 1. Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations and intercompany balances.
3. Support month-end and period-end closing activities: accruals, journal entries and reconciliation schedules.
4. Coordinate vendor and customer queries, manage payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls.
5. Prepare supporting documentation for audits and assist external auditors as required.
6. Assist with VAT/GST reporting and other statutory/compliance submissions relevant to Singapore operations.
7. Collaborate with business units and finance colleagues across the region to support ad hoc financial reporting and process improvements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
2. Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
3. Proven ability to produce accurate reconciliations and financial schedules under deadline pressure.
4. Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail with demonstrable problem‑solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Typically 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate finance environment, preferably within retail, luxury goods, or a multinational organisation. Prior exposure to ERP systems and month‑end close processes is expected.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
