1. Serve as the primary liaison for Brand Retail concerning daily operational controls and retail policy communication.
2. Collaborate with Brand Retail teams and SAP IT Specialists to oversee boutique sales and collections, review closing reports, perform credit card reconciliations, and process refunds.
3. Monitor stock positions and manage related issues, including the annual staff consignment confirmation process and consignment for external parties.
4. Conduct analysis and reconciliation of gift certificates, merchandise credits, and customer deposit accounts.
5. Coordinate control monitoring over retail and e-commerce business processes.
6. Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and compliance.
7. Participate in annual internal and external audits.

1. Degree in Finance with a professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA or ACCA.

1. Strong data analytical skills with a robust business sense.
2. Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with SAP accounting module and ERP systems.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, internal audit, finance, or compliance is required. Experience in the luxury or retail sector and both external and internal auditing is advantageous.

Degree in Finance with professional accounting qualification.
