- Lead the global omnichannel strategy to ensure a seamless and coherent experience across retail, e-commerce, social media, CRM, and media.
- Define digital priorities aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and commercial highlights.
- Ensure consistency in storytelling and brand content across all touchpoints.
- Manage a digital and media project coordinator overseeing the daily operations of the Repossi e-shop, including catalog management, content updates, and digital merchandising.
- Oversee the global marketing budget in collaboration with the finance team.
- Develop and implement media strategies with markets and media agencies, focusing on objectives, audiences, formats, and budgets.
- Supervise online and offline campaigns, including paid social, tie-ups, advertorials, search, and retargeting, ensuring budget adherence.
- Analyze media performance and recommend continuous optimizations.
- Manage the brand's presence on social media platforms, defining and executing editorial strategies on Instagram and TikTok.
- Oversee content optimization and engagement growth across platforms.
- Lead CRM back-office operations and campaigns, defining segmentations, automated scenarios, newsletters, and targeted communications.
- Analyze CRM KPIs and ensure database quality and GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with retail teams to support clienteling actions.
- Produce monthly and semi-annual dashboards for e-commerce, social media, CRM, and media.
- Monitor overall digital performance and propose action plans.
- Manage the global digital budget, including media, production, CRM, and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in digital, e-commerce, social media, or omnichannel, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce environments and back-office operations.
- Experience in managing media agencies and advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud or equivalent CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of luxury industry codes.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational prowess.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.
- Team player with professional proficiency in English.
Minimum of 5 years in digital, e-commerce, social media, or omnichannel roles, ideally within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
