Repossi Event Project Manager and Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Coordinate and organize international events, from initial brief to final debriefing.
- Oversee event schedules, budgets, and vendor management.
- Develop creative briefs and guidelines to ensure brand image consistency.
- Create detailed post-event reports, including analysis and recommendations.
- Manage event logistics and stay informed on new event trends.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and marketing teams to align event and brand image strategies.
- Define visual merchandising guidelines for events and international points of sale.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards during events.
- Facilitate communication between Event, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Commercial teams.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on brand image development.
- Advanced degree in marketing, communication, event project management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in event project management, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
- Experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
At least 3 years of significant experience in event project management, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industries.
Advanced degree in marketing, communication, or event project management.
