1. Manage and file operational documents.
2. Support daily operations team with payment and expense requisitions, including contract processing and invoice handling.
3. Update and consolidate store-related information and assist with store materials ordering and arrangement.
4. Provide administrative support to the team and coordinate communications with other departments regarding store operations.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior experience required, but any experience in retail operations or administrative roles is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
