Qeelin Boutique Manager

1. Report directly to the Regional Retail Manager and collaborate with boutique teams and other departments.
2. Build and develop the boutique team through regular training and mentoring in line with company principles.
3. Lead and manage store openings.
4. Initiate and execute strategic action plans for the boutique team to respond effectively to the retail climate and achieve sales targets.
5. Oversee daily shop operations and ensure sales targets are met.
6. Create regular reports and maintain effective communication with the Regional Retail Manager and office-level teams.
7. Conduct luxury clienteling and deliver exceptional boutique service, including expanding the VIP customer database and managing customer follow-ups and issues.
8. Maintain appropriate inventory mix and healthy stock levels.
9. Implement assigned practices and guidelines to uphold brand values.

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in jewellery and watches is advantageous.

3. Self-motivated with high integrity.
4. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably with experience in jewellery and watches.
