1. Maximize sales revenue for guns, rifles, and all Purdey products within the store.
2. Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
3. Attract new clients and develop the existing customer base.
4. Promote sales of new and second-hand guns and rifles.
5. Advise customers on the repair, maintenance, and storage of their guns.
6. Promote and sell cartridges and gun-related shooting clothing and accessories.
7. Represent Purdey at private and public events in the UK and overseas.
8. Assist in the coordination of in-store promotional events.
9. Maintain strict security on all gun displays, storage, and transfer of firearms and ammunition.
10. Present the 'face of Purdey' at Audley House and deliver the 'Purdey Experience' to clients.
11. Ensure clients receive the highest level of service to maintain the company's reputation as a leading gun maker.

1. Aptitude for gun sales with a passion for driving sales.
2. Experience with sporting guns and rifles and an interest in country pursuits.
3. Commercially focused with an understanding of financial figures to meet a budget.
