Purdey IT Systems Manager

1. Oversee IT operations across Purdey's three key locations, ensuring consistent service quality and business continuity.
2. Manage and support core business systems including ERP, CRM, Finance, and POS.
3. Coordinate system upgrades, configurations, and data integrations in collaboration with vendors and Group IT.
4. Administer CRM systems and manage data cleansing, uploads, and integrations.
5. Plan and manage Purdey's annual IT programme and digital transformation initiatives.
6. Manage IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) and oversee vendor contracts and performance.
7. Lead IT and security audit activities, ensuring compliance with GDPR/DSAR and Richemont standards.
8. Represent Purdey in Group Technology, Security, and IAM reviews, providing regular reports on IT incidents and project progress.
9. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and translate technical updates into clear business communications.

1. Proven experience in IT coordination, systems management, or application support within a multi-site or group environment.
2. Familiarity with ERP (ApparelMagic), POS, Salesforce CRM, and Sage Finance systems.
3. Strong understanding of system integrations, workflow improvements, and data integrity principles.
4. Experience managing IT budgets and third-party vendors effectively.
5. Awareness of cybersecurity, data protection, and governance frameworks.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
