1. Develop and implement Purdey's Talent Strategy and workforce plan to align with business objectives.
2. Oversee Talent Management, Engagement, Rewards, Performance Management, HR Operations, and HR Digital Transformation.
3. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to refine and promote Purdey's organizational culture.
4. Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding industry dynamics and guiding business transformation with a people-centric approach.
5. Cultivate a compelling employer brand and Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent.
6. Influence company culture by orchestrating shared values and optimizing employee experiences.
7. Define talent strategies and career plans to build strong internal and external talent pipelines.
8. Lead organizational initiatives for upskilling and reskilling to meet future business needs.
9. Develop high-performing, inclusive teams and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
10. Provide objective counsel to senior leaders to enhance team cohesion and performance.
11. Collaborate with Purdey business units, Group HR, and regional teams to drive people-centric value creation.

1. MBA or graduate degree preferred
2. International HR work experience
3. 10+ years of HR leadership experience
4. Experience operating at Board level

A minimum of 10 years in HR leadership, with experience at the Board level and a background in international HR operations.
