- Develop and implement Purdey's Talent Strategy and workforce plan to align with business objectives.
- Oversee Talent Management, Engagement, Rewards, Performance Management, HR Operations, and HR Digital Transformation.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to refine and promote Purdey's organizational culture.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding industry dynamics and guiding business transformation with a people-centric approach.
- Cultivate a compelling employer brand and Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent.
- Influence company culture by orchestrating shared values and optimizing employee experiences.
- Define talent strategies and career plans to build strong internal and external talent pipelines.
- Lead organizational initiatives for upskilling and reskilling to meet future business needs.
- Develop high-performing, inclusive teams and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provide objective counsel to senior leaders to enhance team cohesion and performance.
- Collaborate with Purdey business units, Group HR, and regional teams to drive people-centric value creation.
- MBA or graduate degree preferred
- International HR work experience
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Experience operating at Board level
- Strategic advisory capabilities
- Brand ambassadorship
- Cultural influence and change management
- Talent advocacy and pipeline development
- Team building and leadership
- Coaching and counseling for senior management
- Collaborative partnership skills
A minimum of 10 years in HR leadership, with experience at the Board level and a background in international HR operations.
MBA or graduate degree preferred
