1. Strong experience in boutique management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
3. A genuine passion for fashion, luxury retail, and/or the country lifestyle.
4. Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
6. Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
