1. Strong retail experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems and experience managing a VIP client book.
3. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain composed under pressure.
5. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
6. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus.

Experience in luxury or premium retail environments, ideally in a supervisory capacity. Equivalent experience in high-end service industries will also be considered.
