1. Coordinate with the Shop Windows office at headquarters for shop window projects and promotional fit-outs, gathering necessary information to initiate projects.
2. Plan and oversee activities at construction sites, managing designers and external suppliers while monitoring costs, timelines, and adherence to safety regulations.
3. Prepare and implement project modifications as requested by management or as deemed necessary.
4. Verify the technical feasibility of design solutions.
5. Ensure quality execution in alignment with the brand concept.
6. Prepare post-installation reports for submission to headquarters.
7. Monitor and control costs, continuously evaluating and integrating new suppliers for production and installation.

1. Master’s degree in Architecture or Fashion Business
2. Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
3. Understanding of fashion and luxury retail principles
4. Proficiency in Italian is highly valued; English proficiency is advantageous
5. Flexibility for short business trips within France, Belgium, and Monaco
6. Strong organizational skills, precision, and problem-solving capabilities
7. Ability to manage tasks swiftly with high responsiveness
8. Effective internal communication skills to connect headquarters with local operations

Experience in architecture or fashion business, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
