- Warmly greet clients and engage with them to provide a professional, efficient, and friendly welcome.
- Manage customer flow to ensure a seamless in-store experience, particularly during peak times, by engaging clients in meaningful conversation.
- Conduct store tours, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the store's history and interior design.
- Assist store management in ensuring adequate coverage of store entrances.
- Welcome each customer individually with utmost courtesy, learning and using their names.
- Support Client Advisors during the sales process.
- Address basic customer queries and problems, escalating complaints as necessary.
- Participate in organizing in-store events, fulfilling customer requests, and coordinating special moments for guests in collaboration with the Store Manager and colleagues.
- Respond to special customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Consistently exhibit exceptional communication and guest relations skills.
- Record and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Contribute to maintaining high security levels and prevent product theft.
- Passion for human relations and experience in building long-lasting relationships and curating guest experiences.
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and an interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local area and entertainment options to make guest recommendations.
- Previous experience in a luxury setting such as a spa, hotel, or residential environment is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken English; proficiency in other languages is desirable.
