1. Provide warm, courteous, and elegant service throughout the guest journey.
2. Set and reset tables with precision according to standard operating procedures.
3. Confidently explain food, beverage, and retail items, including ingredients and allergens.
4. Take guest orders efficiently and accurately using the point of sale system.
5. Deliver food and beverages with finesse, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
6. Monitor tables proactively to anticipate guest needs.
7. Handle complaints or special requests with urgency and empathy.
8. Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and teammates.
9. Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
11. Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
12. Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
13. Handle guest payments and billing with accuracy and discretion.
