- Implement and maintain store windows and interiors according to guidelines and creative inputs from the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and interiors, tailoring them to individual store types and merchandising.
- Set up and maintain in-store merchandising, applying guidelines and design inputs based on sales trends, market characteristics, customer targets, and competitor references.
- Address specific store visual merchandising challenges, adapting to store size and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to understand and implement visual strategy based on business needs.
- Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement market-appropriate outfits considering customer demographics and seasonal products.
- Regularly visit stores to ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
- Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising personnel.
- Collaborate with the Communication Department on in-store events and press presentations as needed.
- Train shop staff to maintain displays according to corporate standards.
- Over 3 years of experience in visual merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
- International or regional experience is advantageous.
- Creative mindset
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in English
Candidates must possess more than 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within international fashion companies or related creative fields. Experience on an international or regional level is considered beneficial.
