1. Manage virtual customer interactions via text, email, WhatsApp, and live streaming.
2. Present and promote products in alignment with company standards.
3. Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with clients.
4. Drive sales to meet monthly targets set by management.
5. Maintain and update CRM activities and customer details.
6. Conduct prospect research and recruit new clients proactively.
7. Process virtual payments and prepare shipments for dispatch.
8. Handle customer complaints with managerial support when necessary.
9. Share customer insights with management.
10. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
11. Ensure proper handling and organization of products in the virtual sales area and warehouse.
12. Participate in stock takes by product category at year-end.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Proficiency in luxury customer service.
3. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
4. Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
