1. Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
2. Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
3. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
4. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs.
5. Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
6. Promote the development of the e-commerce channel.
7. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and clienteling activities.
8. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
9. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
10. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
11. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
12. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
13. Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.
14. Protect company assets and uphold staff grooming standards.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
2. Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
