1. Guide, nurture, and develop the team to their fullest potential, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
2. Drive the team to exceed KPI targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
3. Conduct regular performance discussions with the Store Manager/Director, analyze results, and create actionable plans.
4. Provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team, identifying individual development needs and partnering with Retail Trainers.
5. Train the team on Client Journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge to meet and exceed business goals.
6. Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding in collaboration with the Store Manager.
7. Create a positive and harmonious work environment, ensuring cooperation within the team and with store leadership.
8. Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management and maintain a visible presence for the team.
9. Lead and inspire the team to deliver a superior client experience, fostering long-term client relationships.
10. Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives, including data collection and client outreach.
11. Identify opportunities to engage with new clients to expand the store's client base.
12. Ensure clients receive a unique experience, including after-sales processes to maintain item longevity and quality.
13. Ensure the team operates with the highest level of care and respect for the product, adhering to corporate guidelines.
14. Monitor category performance, propose action plans, and collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams.
15. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential and maintain the store's image.
16. Work with the Operations team to ensure efficient stockroom organization and layout.
