1. Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and development discussions with Client Advisors, fostering growth and accountability.
3. Inspire and nurture a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal development within the team and among store leaders.
4. Lead training initiatives on client journey, clienteling, product knowledge, and storytelling to support team development.
5. Participate in talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding top talent within and outside the market.
6. Maximize business opportunities as Floor Manager by adhering to store zoning and providing timely coaching and feedback.
7. Lead the team in delivering superior client experiences, fostering long-term relationships, and driving NPS growth.
8. Ensure team proficiency in client development tasks, including personalized outreach and managing private appointments.
9. Expand client base by identifying new prospects and gathering key client information.
10. Become the expert in assigned product categories, analyzing performance trends and creating actionable plans for improvement.
11. Collaborate with merchandising and visual merchandising teams to enhance category performance and in-store displays.
12. Work with operations to optimize stockroom efficiency and product care.

1. Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and clienteling principles.
3. Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategic plans.
