- Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and development discussions with Client Advisors, fostering growth and accountability.
- Inspire and nurture a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal development within the team and among store leaders.
- Lead training initiatives on client journey, clienteling, product knowledge, and storytelling to support team development.
- Participate in talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding top talent within and outside the market.
- Maximize business opportunities as Floor Manager by adhering to store zoning and providing timely coaching and feedback.
- Lead the team in delivering superior client experiences, fostering long-term relationships, and driving NPS growth.
- Ensure team proficiency in client development tasks, including personalized outreach and managing private appointments.
- Expand client base by identifying new prospects and gathering key client information.
- Become the expert in assigned product categories, analyzing performance trends and creating actionable plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with merchandising and visual merchandising teams to enhance category performance and in-store displays.
- Work with operations to optimize stockroom efficiency and product care.
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and clienteling principles.
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategic plans.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail or a similar environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
