Prada Team Manager

- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category department.
- Motivate and manage the department team to meet sales targets and ensure an exceptional client service experience.
- Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial insights and suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Promote the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty through excellent service.
- Engage and support the sales team in clienteling activities to attract new local customers.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Facilitate effective communication and information sharing through morning briefings.
- Ensure in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the department.
- Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and protect company assets, while upholding staff grooming standards.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
