Prada Team Manager

- Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, supporting the store's success.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans through product performance analysis and action proposals.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Ensure optimal sales floor management and uphold Prada standards.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in building client relationships.
- Encourage a digital mindset and enhance client relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends.
- Ensure clients feel welcomed and engaged in an inspiring journey through the store.
- Cultivate customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and improve customer profile capture.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and enhance department sales.
- Support team development through coaching and training, in partnership with HR and L&D.
- Facilitate information exchange within the team and conduct morning briefings.
- Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations and enforce company procedures.
- Provide feedback on department needs to the Store Manager and relevant departments.
- Master company tools and applications, ensuring the team is informed of updates.
