- Guide, nurture, and develop the team to achieve their fullest potential, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and contribute to the store's overall success by setting goals and managing individual performances.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager/Director to conduct regular performance discussions, analyze results, and create actionable plans.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching, identifying individual development needs and partnering with Retail Trainers to tailor development plans.
- Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge to meet and exceed business goals.
- Participate in talent acquisition, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talents in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Lead by example to create a positive and harmonious work environment, ensuring cooperation within the team and with store leadership.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, maintaining a visible and consistent presence.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver a superior client experience, adhering to all Client Journey principles.
- Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives, including data collection, client outreach, and VIC engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to engage with new clients to expand the store's client base.
- Ensure clients receive a unique after-sales experience to maintain item longevity and quality, increasing loyalty and business opportunities.
- Lead by example in product care, ensuring the team operates with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
- Ensure strict compliance with all policies and procedures, supporting the team in daily operational tasks.
- Monitor the performance of assigned categories, proposing action plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams, providing feedback on products, stock situations, and specific requests.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential and ensure the store's image adheres to guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the stockroom is organized to maximize efficiency and selling opportunities.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluent spoken English

Proven experience in team management within a luxury retail environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and enhancing client experiences.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
