1. Guide, nurture, and develop the team to achieve their fullest potential, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
2. Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and contribute to the store's overall success by setting goals and managing individual performances.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager/Director to conduct regular performance discussions, analyze results, and create actionable plans.
4. Provide consistent feedback and coaching, identifying individual development needs and partnering with Retail Trainers to tailor development plans.
5. Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge to meet and exceed business goals.
6. Participate in talent acquisition, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talents in collaboration with the Store Manager.
7. Lead by example to create a positive and harmonious work environment, ensuring cooperation within the team and with store leadership.
8. Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, maintaining a visible and consistent presence.
9. Lead and inspire the team to deliver a superior client experience, adhering to all Client Journey principles.
10. Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives, including data collection, client outreach, and VIC engagement.
11. Proactively identify opportunities to engage with new clients to expand the store's client base.
12. Ensure clients receive a unique after-sales experience to maintain item longevity and quality, increasing loyalty and business opportunities.
13. Lead by example in product care, ensuring the team operates with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
14. Ensure strict compliance with all policies and procedures, supporting the team in daily operational tasks.
15. Monitor the performance of assigned categories, proposing action plans to achieve targets.
16. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams, providing feedback on products, stock situations, and specific requests.
17. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential and ensure the store's image adheres to guidelines.
18. Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the stockroom is organized to maximize efficiency and selling opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
2. Fluent spoken English

Proven experience in team management within a luxury retail environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and enhancing client experiences.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
