Prada Studio Manager

1. Lead and manage the comprehensive planning and execution of creative studio projects across all channels, including product, campaign, retail, and digital.
2. Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with brand and business objectives.
3. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, merchandising, retail, product development, and external partners.
4. Implement efficient workflows and project management tools to enhance studio operations and creative output.
5. Serve as a liaison between creative and business teams, ensuring clear communication of vision, priorities, and feedback.
6. Oversee the allocation of internal and external creative resources, supporting hiring, onboarding, and freelance coordination.

1. Degree in Luxury Management, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
2. 5-7 years of experience as a Studio or Collection Coordinator/Executive Assistant within Fashion & Luxury Brands.

1. Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
2. Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, creative environment.
3. Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
5. Leadership and team facilitation skills in cross-functional environments.

5-7 years of experience as a Studio or Collection Coordinator/Executive Assistant within Fashion & Luxury Brands. Experience in the Footwear Industry is a strong plus.

Degree in Luxury Management, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
