Prada Studio Manager

- Lead and manage the comprehensive planning and execution of creative studio projects across all channels, including product, campaign, retail, and digital.
- Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, merchandising, retail, product development, and external partners.
- Implement efficient workflows and project management tools to enhance studio operations and creative output.
- Serve as a liaison between creative and business teams, ensuring clear communication of vision, priorities, and feedback.
- Oversee the allocation of internal and external creative resources, supporting hiring, onboarding, and freelance coordination.
- Degree in Luxury Management, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Studio or Collection Coordinator/Executive Assistant within Fashion & Luxury Brands.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Leadership and team facilitation skills in cross-functional environments.
5-7 years of experience as a Studio or Collection Coordinator/Executive Assistant within Fashion & Luxury Brands. Experience in the Footwear Industry is a strong plus.
Degree in Luxury Management, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
