1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to ensure exceptional client service.
6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
9. Ensure client satisfaction and high levels of client service.
10. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
11. Promote a culture of private appointments.
12. Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented spirit through effective communication.
13. Ensure the team is informed about company policies, product knowledge, and market trends.
14. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
15. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
16. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales according to company guidelines.
17. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
18. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
19. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
20. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.
