Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to ensure exceptional client service.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and high levels of client service.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented spirit through effective communication.
- Ensure the team is informed about company policies, product knowledge, and market trends.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales according to company guidelines.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.
