Prada Store Manager

- Lead the team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to cultivate and expand a robust client network.
- Exhibit strong leadership in team development, coaching, recruitment, and fostering a cohesive team culture.
- Ensure excellence in store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, back of house management, loss prevention, and delivery management.
- Collaborate with Office teams to secure optimal support for the boutique.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in luxury retail store management.
- Ability to drive team performance through empathy and positive culture.
- Customer-centric approach to retail.
- Strong commercial acumen.
At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail store management is required.
