Prada Store Manager

1. Lead the team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador to cultivate and expand a robust client network.
3. Exhibit strong leadership in team development, coaching, recruitment, and fostering a cohesive team culture.
4. Ensure excellence in store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, back of house management, loss prevention, and delivery management.
5. Collaborate with Office teams to secure optimal support for the boutique.

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in luxury retail store management.

2. Customer-centric approach to retail.
3. Strong commercial acumen.

At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail store management is required.
